Bump This Fist LLC ("BTF," "we," "us") is a consulting company based in Connecticut. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.
What we collect
Contact information you give us: name, email, phone number, company, and title.
Billing information: billing contact, business address, purchase order numbers, and tax details needed to invoice you. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processors. We never see or store full card numbers.
Engagement information: materials and information you share while we work together. This is handled as confidential under our agreement with you.
Website data: basic analytics collected by our website host, such as pages visited, browser type, and general location.
How we use it
To schedule and deliver our services.
To send invoices, process payments, and keep business and tax records.
To respond to your questions.
To meet legal obligations.
We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who we share it with, and how
We share only what's needed, electronically, through the secure systems of these types of providers:
Payment and banking providers (such as Stripe and Mercury) to process payments and invoices.
Meeting and scheduling tools (such as Zoom) to run calls.
Accounting, bookkeeping, and tax providers to keep our books and file returns.
Our website host (Squarespace) to run this site.
Authorities, when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy.
How we protect it
We use established providers that encrypt data in transit.
We limit access to the people at BTF who need it.
We use multi-factor authentication on our business accounts.
We handle client confidential material according to our signed agreements.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as it's needed for our work together and as required for tax and accounting records, generally seven years.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@bumpthisfist.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
