Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of bumpthisfist.com and to any session or service you purchase from Bump This Fist LLC ("BTF," "we," "us") through an online link or booking page.
1. Signed agreements come first
Most of our consulting work is covered by a signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
2. Payment
Prepaid sessions are paid in full at booking.
Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice.
We may pause work on accounts with overdue balances.
Retainer fees are billed in advance for each period.
3. Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
24 hours or more before a session: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule at no charge.
Less than 24 hours before: the fee is non-refundable. We may allow one reschedule at our discretion.
No-shows: if you haven't joined within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is forfeited.
If we cancel: you choose a full refund or a new time.
Refund timing: refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Retainers: retainer fees for the current period are non-refundable. Ending a retainer follows the terms of your agreement.
4. Advice and decisions
We provide professional advice and recommendations. Decisions about your business are yours, and we can't guarantee specific outcomes.
5. Confidentiality
We treat what you share with us in sessions as confidential.
6. Intellectual property
Content on this website belongs to BTF. Materials we provide during a session are yours to use within your organization, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any prepaid session is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
